When you purchase an audit, we collect: your name, email address, payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers), and the business and workflow information you submit on the intake form. When you visit the site, we may collect standard analytics data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL.

How we use information

We use the information you submit on the intake form to research and write your audit report. We use your email address to deliver your report and to send transactional messages related to your order. We may use aggregated, de-identified analytics data to improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Confidentiality and data retention

We treat your intake answers as confidential business information. We do not share them, resell them, or use them to train AI models. We retain intake records for 90 days after report delivery, after which we delete them unless you specifically ask us to keep them on file for a follow-up audit.

Third-party services

We use Stripe to process payments, and our website may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar privacy-respecting alternatives. These services have their own privacy policies, which govern their handling of your information.

Your rights
