These Terms of Use govern your use of the getaiaudit.ai website and the AI Readiness Audit service. By using the site or purchasing an audit, you agree to these terms.

The service

The AI Readiness Audit is a paid, one-time report that recommends AI tools and automation steps tailored to the information you submit. The report is delivered as a PDF to the email address you provide, within 48 hours of intake-form submission.

What the audit is not

The audit is general operational guidance, not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of business outcomes. We do not implement the tools for you unless you specifically purchase a separate done-for-you engagement. We are not affiliated with the third-party tools we recommend, and we are not responsible for any changes those tools may make to their pricing, features, or terms of service.

5-hour-back guarantee

If, after reading your audit report, you do not see at least 5 hours per week of realistic time savings across the recommended tools, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Reply to your delivery email with the word "refund" and we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. The guarantee applies to the $197 audit fee only. It does not cover any third-party software subscription costs you may have incurred.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: redistribute, resell, or repackage the audit report; use it to claim affiliation with getaiaudit.ai you don't have; or use the site or service to violate applicable law. Each audit is licensed for use within the purchasing business only.

Intellectual property

The site, the audit format, the methodology, and all related materials are the property of getaiaudit.ai. Your audit report is yours to use internally within your business. The underlying methodology and templates remain ours.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and service are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about uninterrupted availability of the site, the accuracy of third-party tool information, or the financial results you may achieve. Your business results depend on your execution and your specific circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the audit service is limited to the amount you paid for your audit ($197). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
